Le prochain album de Suffocation devrait sortir le 3 juillet 2009 via Nuclear Blast Records. Intiutlée Blood Oath, la bête a été enregistrée sous la houlette de Joe Cincotta (qui a travaillé sur les 2 derniers albums du groupe). Le disque a également été mixé par Zack Ohren.
